Home & Well
A quick update to say that we came home Monday afternoon. Maddie is doing great! It was just a virus (which Warren now has… details on that grief can be found in a previous post) so it cleared up on its own. What a relief!
Colin cared for her the entire stay this time. It’s not easy being in the hospital, no matter how short the trip or how mild the illness. It’s draining every time. He is incredible. I’m thankful that we’re in this together.
Little Maddie, we hope you can make it another few weeks (or more, preferably) before we head back there again.
Any bets on when we wind up in the ER again?
